Kedai888 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users who register for, access, or use the kedai888 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kedai888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Use of the kedai888 platform is restricted to individuals who:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
  • Not prohibited by their local or national laws from participating in online betting activities;
  • Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity;
  • Have no history of an account being suspended or terminated by kedai888 due to prior violations.

Registering an account constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and kedai888. The platform reserves the right to decline or cancel any user's registration at its sole discretion.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register only one account at kedai888. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Accurate account information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information regarding your identity, age, or location is a serious breach of these terms.

Password security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential. kedai888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account. Users must notify kedai888 immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation.

Prohibited conduct

  • Using automated software, bots, or other programs to access or play on the platform;
  • Sharing your account with any other party;
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors on the platform.

Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the kedai888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required, and all amounts displayed are in MYR unless otherwise stated.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including local bank transfers, accepted e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set and displayed during the deposit process.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified, depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals will only be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the kedai888 account holder. kedai888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in the interest of compliance and security.

Transaction responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct. kedai888 will not be held liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user. All confirmed transactions are final unless a technical error on the platform's part can be demonstrated.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Kedai888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any terms set out in this document;
  • Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
  • Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
  • Holding multiple active accounts in breach of the one-account-per-user policy;
  • Requests from relevant legal authorities.

During a suspension period, users will be unable to access their account or carry out any transactions. Decisions to suspend or terminate an account are final, subject to the platform's internal review process. If an account is terminated for reasons not attributable to a user violation, any eligible balance will be returned via an appropriate method.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their account by contacting the kedai888 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kedai888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system delays, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding its continued availability.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos, software, and materials found on the kedai888 platform are the exclusive property of kedai888 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from kedai888.

Third-party links and content

The kedai888 platform may contain references to third-party services. kedai888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to terms and applicable law

Kedai888 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the relevant Malaysian courts.
